Dog camp is a more natural approach to doggie daycare.  Your dog will enjoy off leash freedom, in the open space of nature, with other dog friends. Running, sniffing, playing in water... an adventure dog's dream! Just imagine your life with a happier, healthier, and more relaxed dog. All while saving you time & money!

How will you and your dog benefit from dog camp?
  • Pick up & drop off are included - saving you time!
  • No more feeling guilty about leaving your dog home alone!  Your dog will have an amazing time, exploring nature, and socializing with friends
  • When you get home from work, tired and ready to relax, you can! Your dog will be as well!
  • Your dog will get the daily exercise they need to keep them healthy... mentally & physically!
  • More structured and enriching than traditional doggie daycare.  Some dogs can get overwhelmed at daycare, which can lead to behavioral issues.

Which dogs are eligible for dog camp?
Not every dog is a good fit for dog camp, but if your dogs meets the following criteria, they might be the next Squad Dog!
  • Friendly with other dogs & people
  • Enjoys off leash, outdoor adventures in all different weather conditions
  • Rides well in the car with other dogs - no barking or pacing.  Dogs cannot be stressed by car rides.
  • Is reliable off leash, and has good recall (come when called) - if not, I offer a training program for this... Check out my Freedom Dog Program on the training page!
  • Be at least 1 1/2 years old.

Why should you choose Squad Dogs for dog camp?
  • My pack is kept small (6-8 dogs).  This helps me ensure that I can focus more on each dog.
  • We walk on 30+ acres of private land! This minimizes the risk of running into strange dogs & people, that I cannot control. We do however run into wildlife from time to time... hence why the dogs need to have great recall!
  • I have a background in Veterinary Technology, as well as Behavior Modification training.
